Senior Network and Security Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our multi-vendor enterprise infrastructure. This hybrid role covers three critical domains: Networking (Aruba), Security (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Forescout, F5, Zscaler), and Collaboration (Ribbon, Yealink, Avaya). You will play a key role in ensuring network reliability, security, and performance while leading infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Network & Infrastructure (Aruba)

• Wired & Wireless: Design and administer Aruba AOS-CX Switching (Core & Access) and Wireless environments.
• Central Management: Utilize Aruba Central for cloud-based monitoring, configuration, and AI-driven troubleshooting of APs and switches.
• Maintenance: Perform firmware upgrades, VSX/MC-LAG configurations, and 2D/3D line support for LAN/WLAN issues.

2- Cybersecurity & Zero Trust

• Next-Gen Firewalls: Manage policies, SSL decryption, and VPN tunnels on FortiGate and Palo Alto platforms.
• NAC & Visibility: Administer the Forescout NAC solution to ensure device visibility and automated remediation workflows.
• Application Security: Configure and tune F5 WAF (ASM/LTM) to protect web applications from evolving threats.
• SASE & PAM: Implement and support Zscaler SASE (ZIA/ZPA) for secure remote access and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) protocols.

3- Collaboration & Unified Communications

• Voice Gateways: Configure and maintain Ribbon Gateways (SBCs) to secure SIP trunking and ensure interoperability between legacy and modern systems.
• Endpoints: Manage Yealink Teams IP Phones and legacy Avaya telephony environments, including SIP/H.323 protocol troubleshooting.
• Teams Integration: Support Microsoft Teams Phone System Direct Routing and hybrid collaboration workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years in network and security engineering with hands-on multi-vendor expertise.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Aruba: ACSP (Switching) or ACWP (Wireless).
• Security: PCNSE (Palo Alto), NSE 4-7 (Fortinet), or F5-CA.
• Voice: Yealink Certified Sales/Technical Engineer or Ribbon SBC certification.
