GCP Security Cloud Support Engineer

Job Title: GCP Security Cloud Support Engineer Job Description: 1.Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure on GCP. 2.Implement and maintain cloud security measures to protect data, applications, and infrastructure. 3.Conduct security assessments and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and risks in the cloud environment. 4.Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the DevOps pipeline and ensure compliance with security policies and practices. 5.Manage identity and access controls, network security configurations, and firewall settings in GCP. 6.Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for GCP deployments. 7.Monitor cloud environments for security incidents and anomalies and respond to security events and incidents. 8.Stay updated with the latest in cloud technology and security trends and advise on adopting new technologies and practices. 9.Document cloud architectures, procedures, and security measures. Qualifications: 1.Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2.Professional certification in GCP (e.g., Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional Security Engineer) is highly desirable. 3.5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on GCP. 4.Strong understanding of cloud security principles, technologies, and practices. 5.Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager. 6.Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and containerization technologies. 7.Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Benchmarks. 8.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 9.Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits and Perks: Competitive salary and bonus structure.
