Job Title: Senior Network Automation & AI Engineer Key Skills: Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible, Git / GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines, GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, MCP, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Infrastructure Automation, Network Automation Experience: 5+ YOE. Location: Latin America. Mode: Remote. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Automation & AI Engineer to drive automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency across our global infrastructure environment. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Python, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern automation frameworks. · Build and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms. · Automate provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance validation, and remediation across network, cloud, and security environments. · Partner closely with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities. · Develop integrations across enterprise platforms and operational tools. · Build automation solutions from concept through production deployment. · Drive automation initiatives across multiple technology domains to improve reliability, speed, and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications · 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation. · Strong expertise in Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. · Proven experience building and deploying automation solutions into production environments. · Familiarity with GenAI technologies, Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, MCP, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms. · Strong automation-first mindset with a passion for eliminating manual work. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through. · Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills · Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies. · Experience with SD-WAN, particularly VeloCloud. · Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls. · Experience with F5 Load Balancers. · Experience with Aruba/Cisco Switching & Routing. · Experience working with multi-cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, and OCI. · Experience supporting large-scale retail or distributed enterprise environments. · Strong networking knowledge.
