Senior Network Engineer

Senior Network Engineer Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Exempt DAS Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced network professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading infrastructure initiatives, mentoring engineers, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Western U.S. and Pacific Time Zone candidates are preferred to support client and team coverage needs. This position also participates in a shared on-call rotation supporting critical network escalations outside of normal business hours. What You'll Do Design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade network solutions for healthcare organizations and business clients. Lead network architecture, infrastructure modernization, and data center initiatives. Serve as a technical subject matter expert across multiple networking technologies. Partner directly with clients to assess environments, provide strategic recommendations, and implement solutions. Support discovery, consulting, and pre-sales engagements. Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the team. Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. What We're Looking For 7+ years of Network Engineering experience. 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure, engineering, or support experience. Strong expertise with routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, WAN, LAN, and wireless technologies. Experience designing complex enterprise and data center networking solutions. Cloud networking experience. Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills. CCNA preferred, with advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or ITIL considered a plus.
