In this role, you will: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js Build and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability Handle asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and non-blocking I/O Work with microservices Use containers and orchestration tools Work with CI/CD pipelines Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback Translate business requirements into technical solutions Participate in sprint planning and technical discussions Proactive and result-oriented approach Critical thinking and problem-solving skill Requirements: Must have: At least 5 years of experience in backend development using JavaScript/TypeScript (NodeJs) Experience with NestJs Good knowledge of PostgreSQL Experience with Kafka Experience with Redis Strong proficiency in REST API gRPC API Experience with AWS, Docker, K8s Experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Will be a plus: Knowledge of architectural patterns and design patterns Experience with high-load Experience with Clickhouse Experience with Sentry, Grafana, ELK Experience with WebSockets Expertise in performance optimization for backend services Hiring Process: Intro Call with TA Specialist → Technical Interview → Final interview → Offer We offer: Level up daily.
