Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

At Softobia, we help businesses run smarter by delivering Odoo ERP with AI-powered automation and clean, structured processes. We are expanding our delivery team and looking for a Senior Odoo Consultant who can lead client workshops, design stable solutions, and guide full implementations with confidence.

📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo

🕒 Working Hours: 8 hours with flexibility

🗓 Working Days: 5 days/week

🌐 Remote Days: 2 days per week

💰 Salary: 40k to 50k based on experience

Requirement Gathering

• Lead client workshops to understand business processes

• Analyse workflows and create clear Odoo blueprints

Implementation and Configuration

• Configure modules across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and more

• Validate and test customisations with the technical team

Data Migration and Testing

• Plan and execute data migration

• Prepare testing scripts and support UAT

Training and Support

• Deliver training sessions for end-users

• Provide structured post-go-live support

Project Contribution

• Work closely with project managers on timelines and documentation

• Prepare progress reports and enhancement recommendations

Experience:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years hands-on Odoo functional experience

• Must have delivered full Odoo implementations

Certifications:

• Odoo Functional Certification (v16 or higher) required

• PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus

Skills:

• Strong understanding of ERP flows

• Ability to design end-to-end business processes

• Good English communication

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
