Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Odoo Implementer. The individual in this position will manage the end-to-end implementation process of Odoo ERP systems while working closely with clients to gather requirements, configure ERP functionalities, and provide technical support. The Senior Odoo Implementer will lead process improvement initiatives, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training for end-users to ensure the effective adoption of the platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in deploying, customizing, and configuring Odoo ERP across multiple modules
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design
• Strong technical skills, including Python, PostgreSQL, and related development tools
• Project management proficiency with experience following industry standards like PMI
• Ability to train and support users in the adoption of ERP systems
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration for remote teamwork
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
