We’re looking for a motivated Senior Officer to join our Funds & Institutional team in Jersey. In this role, you’ll support the administration of institutional client portfolios, deliver high-quality service, and contribute to a growing international client base. Occasional travel to other IQ-EQ offices or client sites may be required. What You'll Do You’ll lead by example, embodying our Group Values while delivering exceptional client service and driving operational efficiency across your portfolio You’ll support and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow while overseeing their work to ensure quality and compliance You’ll take ownership of client relationships, attending meetings, managing correspondence, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement You’ll stay sharp by maintaining your technical knowledge, understanding fund structures, relevant laws, and taxation principles across jurisdictions You’ll collaborate across teams, deputise for managers when needed, and act as an authorised signatory - ensuring tasks are completed accurately, securely, and on time. You bring at least 5 years of fund administration experience, backed by a relevant professional qualification (like ICSA) and active CPD. You have strong knowledge of Jersey’s finance industry and a solid grasp of fund services business duties and regulations. You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, and collaborate effectively within a team. You’re confident using Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and apply strong analytical and numerical skills to deliver high-quality work. Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
