You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.
This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.
In this role, you'll:
• Develop and update micro models and run multiple scenarios to assess the transport network impacts of oversize overmass vehicle movements associated with renewable energy zones.
• Develop operational transport forecasts and traffic, meso and micro models to inform future planning and meet specific project needs.
• Deliver robust network, route and intersection analysis and model assurance in a complex, multi-modal transport environment.
• Interpret modelling outputs and provide evidence-based recommendations to support informed planning, project and customer outcomes.
For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.
About you
• You have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• You’re recognised as a transport modelling specialist, skilled at developing operational and traffic models and critically interpreting modelling outputs.
• You bring experience in operational transport forecasting and stakeholder collaboration to deliver accurate, defensible modelling outcomes aligned with project objectives.
• You bring strong experience using AIMSUN and Python or other coding languages.
