Job Summary If you are a Logistics / Operational professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting efficient warehouse and supply chain operations. In this role, you will help ensure timely logistics and delivery execution, and smooth supply chain activities coordination across multiple stakeholders. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and support customer satisfaction. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipments, delivery arrangements with freight forwarders, and courier providers. Manage freight forwarders and courier providers, negotiate freight rates (if needed), and monitor on-time delivery performance. Monitor and analyze logistics costs and supplier lead time to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization. Evaluate supplier reliability, lead times, and supplier localization opportunities. Support the preparation and administration of Letters of Credit (LC) and related documentation. Validate Goods Receipt Note (GRN) to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. Partner with planning, procurement, warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to support seamless order fulfillment and on-time delivery performance. Ensure documentation is in accordance with the record retention policy. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational efficiency. Support additional operational activities and projects as needed. Who You Are: You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. For This Role, You Will Need: A Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field. Experience supporting in operations, supply chain, and logistics coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
