Job Title: Sr. Technical Consultant – Implementation Engineer Possible locations: Singapore (Hybrid) Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Position summary: The Implementation Engineer is responsible for a variety of roles from Professional Services including technical implementation, system installation/configuration, integration, Role-Based access control configuration, application/business rules configuration, documentation as a sole contributor or part of a larger team of the proposed solution. She/he will manage our customers through a proven, structured methodology where the solution will be deployed, knowledge transferred, best practices adhered to and go-live completed. These projects are typically multiple short stints either on-site or remote and provide a very dynamic work environment that does not require repeated travel on a weekly basis. To ensure the clients' and Company's needs are met, the Implementation Engineer will regularly liaise with other members of the Professional Service team and colleagues from a range of departments, such as Product Management, Engineering, Development, Professional Services, Sales and senior management. The base salary range for this position is 100,000 to 140,000 SGD annually. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum salary that the organization believes it would pay for this role at the time of this posting (these ranges are dependent on location of hire). Responsibilities: Understand customers’ requirements, Collect all system requirements and specifications (Servers landscape – Centralize/Multi-sites, DBs, Printers, Folders/Security, SSL/SSO, Integrations, HA/DR) from customers. Manage the technical proposal process and ensuring that all technical information and recommendations addressing customer requirements are accurate, properly defined and detailed Analysis and Design system and compile system change needs as requested by customer to meet customer’s business needs and follow best practices, standards and documentation. Perform installation, configuration, deployment, design, administration and maintenance of high availability solutions that implement industry standards using AWS and/or On-Premise Assist various tests (Smoke, SIT/UAT, load/regression) per scope and process with help of test cases and prepare documents for same and coordinate with manager to resolve all issues within required timeframe and inform management of any delays. Document project system setup and deliverables in the implementation report. Work close with Loftware Project Manager to make sure assigned tasks and milestones within scope and planned hours and be part of Change Control process to assess each customer change request to provide estimation and priority Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 7+ years of experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industry. Experience in customer-facing application support, technical support, or professional services. Strong business analysis and troubleshooting skills Ability to understand customer workflows and translate business requirements into software solutions. Willingness to travel (25–50%). Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and strong relationships. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts rapidly. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and work ethic.
