About the role

You will own financial operations, planning and cost management for Bolt Poland, support month-end closing for the local team alongside the central finance team, and build the quarterly forecasts, monthly cost reports, and business analysis that leadership relies on. You'll partner closely with the finance team, vendors, and other domain teams, supporting them with financial models for their projects, and help design the processes that keep this function running as we grow.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Build quarterly P&L forecasts and monthly cost reports for leadership, and support other domain teams building financial models for their projects.

• Own month-to-month reconciliation of operational costs, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Support month-end closing from the business perspective, working closely with the central finance team.

• Manage invoice collection and vendor relationships, including following up to ensure invoices are received and processed on time.

• Build business analysis on marketplace and cost performance that drives decisions, and help present findings to leadership.

• Help document and improve the financial processes behind all of the above.

About you

• 2-4 years in finance, accounting, or operations roles with a finance focus (marketplace, mobility, or tech is a plus, not required).

• Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills - strong expertise with formulas and reconciliation, excited to work with data, keen to build up forecasting, scenario modelling, and financial modelling skills.

• Good process discipline and ownership mindset - you follow through reliably and are comfortable chasing people for what you need.

• Curious and proactive - eager to learn how things work, question existing processes, and suggest improvements.

• Clear communicator in English and Polish, comfortable working with stakeholders and vendors.

• Interest in using AI tools to speed up your work - building models, automating reconciliation, documenting processes.
