Senior Operations Manager

Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset, helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards.

We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to work closely with our leadership team and help us build the operational foundation for our growth.

This role is for someone who can bring structure to a fast-growing, multi-product company, connect teams, and turn complex challenges into practical solutions. You'll have significant ownership and the opportunity to influence how the company operates.

What you'll do

• Audit and improve operational processes, team structures, and responsibilities across the company.

• Establish clear goals, accountability, and performance tracking across teams and products.

• Identify bottlenecks and improve collaboration and resource allocation.

• Work closely with leadership on strategic and cross-functional initiatives.

• Coordinate key functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, and Recruitment.

• Own operational improvements from identifying problems to implementing solutions.

• Introduce AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.

What we're looking for

• 4-6 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role.

• Experience in a startup, SaaS, tech, fintech, or another fast-growing environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Experience building processes, setting goals, and improving team performance.

• High ownership and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.

• Confidence to challenge decisions and communicate directly with leadership.

• Proactive, energetic, and hands-on mindset.

• English B2+.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with founders or C-level executives.

• Experience in a multi-product company.

• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
