Position Scope:
This position is for a Senior Finance Business Systems Analyst supporting Oracle E-Business Suite and Finance Business applications.
The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle EBS Finance applications, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Oracle Projects, EBTax, Oracle Approvals Management (AME), and other Finance-related solutions.
This position partners with Corporate Finance, business stakeholders, database administrators, implementation teams, development teams, and other cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, recommend Oracle solutions, resolve complex production issues, and implement Finance system enhancements.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Business Systems Analyst with strong functional knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to independently own complex Finance solutions while confidently driving technical and business discussions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in supporting Oracle EBS Finance applications.
- Experience partnering with Finance organizations to implement Oracle Finance solutions and improve business processes.
Essential Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, and EBTax.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle Finance solutions.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and competing deadline.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate functional discussions and drive practical solutions across business and technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Workflow, Approvals Management (AME), and Projects.
- SQL, Oracle implementation experience, and Oracle Finance reporting.
- Experience supporting global Finance organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support, analyze, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS Finance applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, EBTax, Projects, Workflow, and related Finance solutions.
- Partner with Corporate Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend scalable Oracle solutions.
- Develop functional specifications, coordinate testing, and work closely with developers through solution design, implementation, and production deployment.
- Investigate complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective long-term solutions.
- Serve as the functional owner by driving functional discussions and providing technical leadership when appropriate.
- Provide senior-level production support for Oracle Finance applications while managing multiple priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior Business Systems Analysts by sharing Oracle functional knowledge and best practices.
- Support production deployments, post-go-live stabilization activities, and implementation projects when required.
- Travel may be required to support implementation projects go live, generally less than 10%

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
