Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants to support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for our client. The ideal candidates should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in Core HR and Talent Management modules.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions based on business needs.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Provide functional consulting and best practice recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Prepare functional specifications and system documentation.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and provide end-user support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• At least have 6-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Talent Management, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Career Development, and Retention Management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and user support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable to with 1 year contract and work fully remote follow Singapore time zone.
