What You'll do: - Perform analysis, development, and maintenance of applications using Oracle/PLSQL and Unix Shell; - Support and troubleshoot production systems ensuring operational stability; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions; - Participate in the design and optimization of data integration and processing flows; - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and documentation of technical processes; - Act as a technical reference for junior team members and assist in support activities; - Hybrid Work Model. What You Are: - 10+ years of experience in Oracle/PLSQL and Unix Shell scripting; - Preferably with experience in Datastage , SAS Guide , and/or SAS DI Studio; - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies; - Excellent communication and teamwork skills; - Analytical mindset with strong initiative and dynamism; - Experience or interest in application support activities; - Knowledge of banking systems (required).
