Senior Packaging Designer

Position: Full-time Senior Packaging Designer Where: Global / International Non-U.S. Based Candidates Only Our client is a bold, design-driven creative agency serving the cannabis industry. They're known for building standout brands through smart strategy, impactful visuals, and packaging that jumps off the shelf (in the best way possible). Their team is remote, tight-knit, and passionate about helping cannabis brands grow, with creativity and edge. We're looking for a Senior Packaging Designer based outside the U.S. to join the team. In this role, you'll lead packaging design efforts from the earliest concept to press-ready files, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver packaging that's visually compelling, strategically grounded, and production-ready. What You'll Do: Design packaging for cannabis products, accessories, and morefrom concept through to final production Translate brand positioning into bold, shelf-smart design Work closely with strategists and creative teammates across multiple time zones Stay sharp on packaging trends, global markets, and design innovations Present your concepts clearly and confidently, incorporating client feedback Prepare technically sound, print-ready files that follow specs and brand guidelines Collaborate with production teams and vendors to ensure high-quality execution Mentor junior designers and offer constructive feedback Juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease and clarity What Were Looking For: Based outside of the United States (this is a global remote role) Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience 5+ years in packaging design, ideally in the cannabis industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) settings A first-class portfolio showcasing packaging design expertise across various formats and substrates (boxes, labels, shrink, etc.) Expert in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator and Photoshop Solid grasp of printing techniques, dielines, substrates, and print production Strong communication and presentation skills in English Ability to work independently and manage time across international teams Bonus points if you've worked with cannabis or regulated products, and mentoring or creative leadership experience Why You'll Love It: Fully remote, globally connected Work with edgy, entrepreneurial brands Collaborate with a team that values creativity and good people USD-based compensation Flexible hours across time zones Opportunity to help shape the brand's creative vision Salary: $18K USD - $20K USD - Annual Ready to apply?
