We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Digital Marketing Manager who will take ownership of our international paid acquisition strategy and help scale our global brands through data-driven performance marketing.

Over the past decade, our company has carried out aircraft and helicopter missions worldwide. To support our international operations, we have established multiple brands across different markets and languages. As our global presence continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious marketing expert who can drive sustainable customer acquisition, identify new growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing performance.

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership. You'll work closely with senior management, influence strategic decisions and help build the future of our international marketing department.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the paid digital marketing strategy across some of our international markets.
• Manage substantial advertising budgets across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant paid channels.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance with a strong focus on profitability, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, lead quality and lifetime value.
• Develop scalable acquisition strategies that support long-term international growth.
• Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, market analysis and continuous testing.
• Design and oversee A/B testing strategies across campaigns, landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Build meaningful dashboards and reporting structures to communicate performance insights and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Content, Design, Development and Management to improve conversion rates and marketing effectiveness.
• Evaluate new advertising platforms, automation tools and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Stay ahead of industry developments and translate emerging trends into measurable business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Extensive experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models and customer acquisition funnels.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Experience with bid automation, audience segmentation and campaign scaling strategies.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear business decisions.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple strategic initiatives.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working both strategically and operationally.
