Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Senior Paid Social Manager. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities include developing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, creating reports, and collaborating with clients to align campaign objectives with business goals. You will also stay updated on trends in paid social platforms and provide recommendations for improvement. This role requires a proactive approach and strategic problem-solving to drive impactful outcomes for 360 OM’s clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Paid Social platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong skills in campaign strategy, optimization, and budget management
• Proficiency in performance analysis, data interpretation, and the creation of detailed campaign reports
• Knowledge of paid media trends and the ability to implement competitive strategies
• Proven ability to collaborate with clients and internal team members effectively
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other analytics platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in a performance marketing or agency environment is a strong advantage
