Senior People Advisory Specialist

We are looking for a Senior People Advisory Specialist to join our team in Armenia. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and managers to drive people strategies that support organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on a broad range of people-related matters while building strong, collaborative relationships across the organization and the wider region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees to enhance employee experience, providing guidance on performance, team dynamics, employee relations, and career development
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor, managing complex employee cases and supporting retention and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with business leaders to assess organizational health, identify risks, and align HR priorities with business objectives
• Develop and execute HR plans for assigned business units and accounts based on business needs
• Support talent planning, succession discussions, and onboarding of key managers and leaders
• Partner with Talent Development teams to drive leadership development and manager effectiveness initiatives
• Lead change management activities and ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
• Analyze people data and HR metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve organizational effectiveness
• Drive local and global People initiatives, workshops, town halls, and engagement programs
• Build strong partnerships with local and global People teams and promote HR best practices
• Identify root causes of people-related challenges, implement solutions, and measure outcomes
• Support exit management processes and contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs and employee experience

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in People Management, including 3+ years in People Advisory, HRBP, or related roles
• Proven experience partnering with business leaders in an international environment
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management
• Ability to navigate complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and drive solutions independently
• Strong analytical skills with experience using people's data to inform decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience driving employee engagement and change management initiatives
• Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
