Your Mission

Help us build the organisation that accelerates the energy transition. As a Senior People Business Partner, you'll

enable leaders to build high-performing teams that help us scale faster and bring clean, reliable power to more

people. You'll own a broad set of leader relationships across our organisation, help us build a genuine performance

culture, and grow our leadership capability. You'll do this in a global, fast-moving scale-up where the bar is high

and the pace is real.

What you’ll own

Leader Partnerships:

• Own a broad portfolio of leader relationships across functions and levels from Heads of to VP - as a genuine thought partner, not a service provider.

• Translate business context into people priorities: org questions, team dynamics, capability gaps, hiring decisions.

• Handle ER cases, employment questions, probation conversations, manager coaching with good judgment and speed.

Drive Performance Culture:

• Lead the rollout and execution of our performance cycle.

• Build the muscle of ongoing feedback and honest performance conversations across the organisation.

• Support leaders in making timely, fair to the person/fair to the business, well-reasoned people decisions.

Leadership & L&D:

• Co-own and grow our leadership development offer: Action learning sets, new manager foundations, ad hoc enablement.

• Identify capability gaps and design pragmatic interventions.

Talent & Organisation:

• Partner on org design questions, headcount decisions, and role scoping as the business evolves.

• Support hiring quality.

• Own job architecture maintenance and levelling as we grow.

Drive Change:

• Use AI to redesign how P&C works from how we run processes to how we support leaders.

• Keep raising the bar by constantly looking for ways to automate, simplify, and rethink how People & Culture operates through AI.

• Initiate continuous process improvements, based on the opportunities you spot, with adjacent teams within and around P&C.

• At least 4 years of business partnering experience sitting at the leadership table, not just supporting.

• You've successfully partnered with leaders in complex, fast-changing organisations.

• Performance culture isn't a concept to you - you've lived it, built it, and you think it's healthy.

• You partner with leaders as a peer: you challenge, push back, and bring a point of view. You do not shy away from the difficult conversations.
