We are seeking an experienced Senior People Experience Coordinator, to join our People team and support employees and managers across the US.
You'll help create a positive, reliable employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll be a trusted first point of contact for People queries, keep employee information and HR systems accurate, and make everyday People processes easier to understand and use.
You'll work closely with employees and managers, colleagues across the global People team and wider business functions, and external HR systems, benefits and payroll partners. Alongside excellent day-to-day delivery, you'll have opportunities to spot improvements and contribute to stronger People processes and practices.

You'll work closely with employees and managers, colleagues across the global People team and wider business functions, and external HR systems, benefits and payroll partners. Role Responsibilities Overview:
- Coordinate employee-lifecycle activity, including correspondence, offers and employment documentation, employment changes, onboarding, reference activity and leaver processes.
- Coordinate inductions and relevant employment/identity checks in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Act as an experienced first point of contact for People queries, providing clear guidance and recognising when an issue requires escalation.
- Work with colleagues to investigate and resolve more complex or sensitive employee queries.
- Liaise with payroll and benefits providers and colleagues, helping changes and processes run accurately and smoothly.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, conduct data spot checks and produce scheduled or ad-hoc reports.
- Work with HR-system providers to resolve problems and improve systems and processes.
- Administer the reward and recognition platform, including invoices and budget allocations, and champion effective use of the platform.
- Maintain accessible People guides, HR-system manuals and intranet information.
- Coordinate processes relating to consultants and agency workers.
- Support People communications, policy reviews and documented process improvements.
- Contribute to People projects and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
- Share knowledge and support more junior colleagues with complex topics
What You’ll Bring:
- Practical experience delivering HR/People administration and supporting employee-lifecycle processes.
- The ability to give clear, accurate People-process guidance while recognising when an issue needs to be escalated.
- Working knowledge of relevant employment policies, regulation and legal requirements, with the judgement to apply them appropriately.
- Experience maintaining accurate confidential employee data and working effectively with HR information systems and reporting tools.
- Confident digital skills, including Microsoft Office, and an interest in using technology to make work better.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, including prioritising competing deadlines in a busy environment.
- Confidence working with numerical information and completing basic calculations.
- Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work constructively with different stakeholders.
- Curiosity, sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach, including the confidence to ask questions, seek support and appropriately challenge requests.
- Undergraduate-level education or equivalent relevant work experience in HR, business management or a related field.
- SHRM certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with multiple HR systems, HR data and analytics, payroll or benefits administration, SharePoint, advanced Office functionality, coaching or People advisory work would be valuable but is not essential.

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
