As a Senior People Operations Analyst, you will handle moderately complex work requiring seasoned knowledge of People Operations practices, policies, and programs. You will analyze varied factors when making decisions, apply sound judgment within established procedures, and operate with general independence.In this role, you will partner across People teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to support and enhance HR programs, service delivery, and operational processes. Your work directly contributes to the successful delivery of team objectives by improving operational efficiency, strengthening service quality, and supporting a positive employee experience within the functional area.This role is ideal for a proactive professional who combines operational expertise with analytical thinking and is motivated to improve processes, solve complex problems, and drive consistent, scalable outcomes.

Who you are

  • Manage moderately complex People Operations cases and programs, ensuring high-quality resolution and consistent service delivery.
  • Analyze data, interpret trends, and develop actionable recommendations that enhance processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the employee experience.
  • Apply seasoned judgment when addressing employee matters, balancing policy guidance with business needs and risk considerations.
  • Partner with COEs to operationalize programs, introduce tools and resources, and support effective implementation.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend enhancements that improve quality, scalability, and overall service delivery.
  • Autonomously execute project workstreams and initiatives, coordinating partners and driving work through completion.
  • Inform employees and partners on People processes, policies, and best practices to promote consistency across the organization.
  • Support core HR Programs — including performance processes, engagement initiatives, compensation activities, and workforce planning — through strong operational execution and insight generation.

Who we are

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Analytics, or a related field within a professional environment; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
  • Must be fluent in either French or German, with strong written and verbal communication skills in the relevant language.
  • Seasoned knowledge of People Operations programs and processes, with the ability to apply judgment in moderately complex situations, along with working knowledge of employment practices and the ability to translate requirements into operational guidance.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting data and translating insights into practical solutions, paired with business acumen and pragmatic decision-making ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives with general autonomy, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting business needs.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills, with advanced attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
