Your Mission:
This role sits within the Global People Operations team and partners closely with Labor Relations, Legal, HR, technical teams, and business stakeholders to support the operational implementation of union-related initiatives across the organization with a focus in the US.
The Senior Operations Analyst serves as a key operational partner responsible for ensuring labor-related requirements are clearly defined, actionable, and scalable. This role works between business stakeholders and technical teams to align on requirements, support solution design, and drive execution plans that enable consistent and compliant delivery.
Responsibilities may include operational process design, implementation planning, stakeholder coordination, communications development, and training support to ensure labor-driven changes are successfully embedded into existing workflows, systems, and employee experiences.
What you bring to the table:
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Partner with Labor Relations, Legal, HRBPs, Global Communications, and business stakeholders to clarify labor-related requirements and support operational planning
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements align with existing systems, workflows, and operational standards
Identify operational impacts, dependencies, and opportunities to drive consistency across the business
Develop and maintain implementation plans aligned with Global People Operations leadership
Coordinate cross-functional partners including HR Business Operations, Payroll, Benefits, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, and studio teams to support rollout of labor-related initiatives
Create and maintain operational documentation, including process maps and workflows
Support testing and validation of solutions in systems such as Workday and Eightfold
Support communications and training efforts to enable adoption and operational readiness
Monitor outcomes and identify opportunities to improve scalability and operational clarity
Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Labor Operations, People Operations, or a related operational field
2+ years of experience using HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Extra Points:
Knowledge or experience supporting unionized environments, labor programs, or collective bargaining agreement (CBA) implementations
Creating or maintaining operational documentation, including process maps, knowledge resources, or workflow documentation

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $74,020.00 - $136,944.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
