Senior Philanthropy Adviser | Plan International Australia

Location: Sydney, NSW | Remote/Hybrid

Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $53–$56 per hour + superannuation

We're looking for an experienced philanthropy professional to help grow Plan International Australia's philanthropic presence in Sydney/NSW.

You'll manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and high-value philanthropic relationships across NSW, QLD, ACT and NT, build new networks and secure meaningful, long-term investment in girls' rights and gender equality.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience securing and growing major gifts
• Strong relationships and knowledge of the Sydney/NSW philanthropy market
• Strategic thinking, excellent relationship management skills and a passion for gender equality
