About the role:
As Senior Video & Photo Coordinator at Landal, you are our go-to specialist. You ensure that our parks and accommodations not only inspire potential guests but also drive conversions. You have a deep understanding of brand experience and online performance, and you know exactly which visuals make the difference.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has previous experience leading others. In addition to being our specialist in photo and video production, you will also manage two colleagues. You effortlessly collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, advise colleagues on the most effective use of visual content, and actively contribute ideas for the future of visual storytelling. In this role, you will also play a key part in further developing AI applications for photo and video content.
What will you do:
In this role, you are the connecting link between different teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. You take ownership of the entire photo and video production process, ensuring that our websites always feature high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent visual content. Your responsibilities include:
Developing and overseeing the annual planning for all photo and video shoots across our parks and accommodations, coordinating execution with regional teams, park stakeholders, and external production partners.
Managing the available photo and video budget (approximately €300,000–€500,000) and ensuring it is used efficiently to achieve business objectives.
Advising Content Specialists and Editors on the optimal selection, sequencing, and publication of visual assets, while acting as a trusted advisor on visual content and website imagery.
Driving improvements that enhance the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of our photo and video content, while actively exploring how AI can be leveraged to strengthen and streamline content production.
You enjoy leading other colleagues and make sure you are the go-to person for questions and advice.
Ensuring all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines, are properly managed within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and contribute to a consistent online customer experience.
In this position, you will report to the Manager Web Content and be based at our office in Amsterdam. We work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work. For a full-time role, we expect you to be in the office at least three days per week.

You are an experienced professional who is confident, proactive, and capable of working independently. You take ownership, bring people together, and excel at stakeholder management. You are able to inspire others with your vision for visual content. In addition, you bring:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent level of working and thinking (HBO).
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a dynamic environment, such as retail, hospitality, or the travel industry.
- Experience coordinating professional photo and video productions.
- Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with both internal and external partners.
- Experience with project and budget management.
- An affinity for digital content, websites, and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and experience working within brand and style guidelines is an advantage.
- An interest in and experience with emerging technologies, including the application of AI in photo and video content.

A one-year contract with a one-month probation period, with the intention of offering a permanent contract afterward.
A gross monthly salary between €3,630 and €5,185, based on a full-time position (38 hours per week), excluding 8% holiday allowance.
27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment.
A €2.45 daily home working allowance for each day worked from home.

A full-time position at Landal consists of 38 hours per week. If you work part-time, your salary and employment benefits will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
