Toriven Health is an Ontario-wide mental health practice providing psychological assessments, psychotherapy and specialized mental health services. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Physician Relations & Referral Development Representative – GTA.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on and highly visible referral development role working directly with the Founder.

We are looking for an experienced professional with proven GTA physician and pediatrician referral and relationship-development experience and an established professional referral network within the Greater Toronto Area.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of physician relations, physician network development, referral development, business relationship management and new business development.

We need someone who knows the GTA healthcare referral environment, has established professional relationships and can hit the ground running from Day One.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen referral relationships with family physicians and pediatricians throughout the GTA.
• Expand Toriven's physician and pediatrician referral network.
• Develop referral relationships with psychologists, psychotherapists, SLPs and other allied-health providers.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with law firms, insurers and organizations involved in psychological assessment, workplace mental health and return-to-work services.
• Identify and develop new professional referral opportunities.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings, telephone outreach, email outreach and professional networking.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with existing and prospective referral partners.
• Build strong, long-term professional referral relationships.
• Coordinate appropriate introductions with Toriven's psychologists and therapists when needed.
• Maintain an active referral-development pipeline and track referral growth.
• Work directly with the Founder on referral-development and business-growth priorities.

Required Experience

• Proven GTA physician and pediatrician referral and relationship-development experience.
• Established physician and pediatrician relationships and referral network within the GTA.
• Proven experience in physician relations and physician network development.
• Proven experience in referral development and building strong referral networks.
• Established referral relationships within mental health, psychology and allied health.
• Established relationships with law firms, insurers and/or organizations involved in psychological assessment, workplace mental health and return-to-work services.
• Demonstrated history of generating measurable referral and business growth.
• Relevant experience within mental health, psychology, rehabilitation, allied health or related healthcare services.
• Strong professional relationship-building and business-development skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver measurable results.
• Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: $70,000–$80,000.
