- Contractor & Consultant Oversight: Lead schedule alignment workshops, manage third-party planning consultants, and rigorously audit main contractor programmes for logical integrity, critical path validity, and contractual compliance.
- Commercial & Claims Support: Partner with commercial teams to evaluate claims, extensions of time (EoT), variations, and potential schedule impacts.
- Senior Stakeholder Reporting: Track key portfolio milestones and deliver data-driven, strategic insight to executive leadership and project stakeholders.
- Governance & Standards: Drive continuous improvement across internal planning workflows, scheduling standards, and project governance frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside internal Development, Design, Procurement, and Delivery teams to maintain target completion dates.
What You’ll Bring

- Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
- Core Methodologies: Deep command of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and integrated scheduling methodologies.
- Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of construction contracts and delay analysis frameworks, ideally within FIDIC environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives through clear, data-driven insights.
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent practical industry experience.
