Together, you will shape how Security Hyperplane data products, analytics, reporting, observability, and supporting services are adopted and used across Digital Security.

Let me tell you about the role

As a Senior Security Hyperplane Enablement Engineer or known as Senior Platform Enablement Engineer, you will lead complex onboarding, integration, migration, configuration, readiness, adoption, and transition of Security Hyperplane data products and platform services.

You will apply broad technical and functional knowledge to help consumers adopt approved capabilities securely, consistently, and efficiently. You will guide consumers through established product direction, architecture, engineering standards, security policies, data governance requirements, operational practices, and reusable implementation patterns.

You will work across Security Hyperplane capabilities, including security and identity operational context data products, ontology, data ingestion, analytics, reporting, observability, data access, governance, and supporting platform services.

You will be a partner with Engineering when platform changes or new technical capabilities are required. You will transition operationally ready implementations to Support through a defined handoff that establishes ownership, documentation, monitoring, implementation evidence, known risks, and support arrangements.

This is an Individual Contributor role. Your leadership will come through technical authority, enterprise influence, sound judgement, mentorship, and ownership of outcomes rather than line-management authority.

What you will deliver

Assess consumer needs, technical dependencies, data requirements, securityconsiderations, governance obligations, and lifecycle stage before beginning enablement work.

Plan and lead complex onboarding, integration, configuration, migration, and adoption activities across Security Hyperplane data products and services.

Guide consumers in applying approved patterns for data ingestion, data-product consumption, analytics, reporting, observability, access, metadata, lineage, and data quality.

Coordinate with Engineering when a consumer need requires a platform change, new capability, architectural decision, or exception to an approved pattern.

Validate implementation, security, governance, data, and operational readiness before

capabilities enter service.

Produce and validate evidence demonstrating that enablement activities met applicable architecture, security, governance, control, and readiness requirements.

Establish procedures for recurring operational control evidence and transition those procedures to Support and the accountable control owner during handoff.

Develop and improve reusable onboarding guides, integration patterns, migration procedures, configuration standards, readiness checklists, automation, and self-service materials.

Lead migrations from legacy or non-standard data solutions to approved Security Hyperplane capabilities and patterns.

Identify adoption barriers, recurring consumer needs, data quality issues, governance concerns, and opportunities for automation or platform improvement.

Establish feedback loops with Product Management, Engineering, and Support so enablement experience informs product decisions, service improvements, and reusable capabilities.

Complete governed handoffs to Support with agreed ownership, operational documentation, monitoring, escalation paths, known risks, readiness evidence, and support arrangements.

Measure enablement outcomes such as adoption, time to value, migration completion, implementation quality, consumer readiness, and reduction of recurring friction.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developing Enablement Engineers.

What you will need to be successful

A bachelorʼs degree in computer science, engineering, data, cyber security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

At least five years of professional experience in data platforms, data engineering, data products, analytics, platform enablement, systems integration, service transition, or a related enterprise technology enablement.

Demonstrated experience leading complex onboarding, integration, migration, configuration, or adoption activities in a large enterprise environment.

Practical knowledge of at least two areas such as:

Data platforms and data products

Data ingestion and pipelines

Ontology, metadata, and lineage

Data quality and reconciliation

Analytics, reporting, and observability

Data access and governance

Platform integration and service transition

Security and identity data

Experience working with security policies, architecture standards, operational requirements, data governance, compliance controls, and auditable implementation evidence.

Experience collaborating across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Support, Cyber Security, Data Governance, Risk, Compliance, vendors, and consumers.

Technical skills we need from you

Strong understanding of enterprise data platform and data product lifecycles including ingestion, processing, storage, analytics, reporting, observability, data access, data quality, data governance and consumption.

Ability to understand enterprise data architectures, integration dependencies, data flows, technical requirements, and operational considerations.

Experience integrating data products with source systems, enterprise applications, cloud services, analytics environments, and automated workflows.

Experience using scripting, application programming interfaces, data queries, automation, orchestration, and continuous integration and delivery practices to support integration and repeatable enablement.

Experience applying version control, peer review, automated testing, validation, and controlled deployment practices to data integrations and enablement automation.

Ability to diagnose complex integration and configuration issues, determine the responsible technical domain, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate owner.

Ability to produce clear, maintainable, and auditable implementation documentation, readiness evidence, technical procedures, and operational handoff materials.

Experience leading platform consolidation, data migration, modernization, or retirement of legacy data capabilities.
