You will: Build and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code patterns using Terraform and OpenTofu Develop automation solutions with Ansible to improve operational efficiency and consistency Design, implement, and support AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms running in production Standardize CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, quality controls, and delivery best practices Enhance developer experience through automation, self-service capabilities, documentation, and platform tooling Define and promote engineering standards across infrastructure, security, governance, Kubernetes, and delivery practices Support the responsible adoption of AI technologies, including governance, integrations, observability, and cost management Improve monitoring, observability, alerting, and operational visibility across critical platforms Provide advanced technical support for platform and production-related issues Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, and application challenges Mentor engineers and contribute technical leadership across teams We're interested in engineers who combine strong technical expertise with a practical, problem-solving mindset. You'll likely bring: 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role Strong hands-on experience with Terraform or OpenTofu, Ansible, AWS, and Kubernetes Experience supporting and operating business-critical production environments A strong understanding of CI/CD principles and engineering automation Experience improving developer productivity through platform tooling and reusable engineering patterns Knowledge of infrastructure standards, security controls, governance practices, and operational excellence Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across infrastructure, applications, and configurations The ability to understand and navigate application code when investigating platform-related issues An automation-first approach with a continuous improvement mindset Nice to have: Experience with Amazon EKS Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, pipelines, permissions, and integrations Exposure to .NET-based applications and environments Experience with AI platforms, LLM gateways, AI governance, FinOps, or AI observability Technical mentoring, coaching, or leadership experience
