Senior Platform Governance Manager

About position: A responsible person who manages vendors, contracts, audits, risks, and compliance for CX platforms while monitoring performance, SLAs, KPIs, security, and regulatory requirements. What you’ll do: Own vendor and provider governance across the CX platform portfolio. Manage the contract lifecycle, obligations, renewals and performance follow-up. Coordinate audit preparation, evidence collection and remediation tracking. Run governance forums and steering boards with clear decisions and actions. Drive risk, compliance and control management with Audit, Security, Legal and Procurement. Maintain oversight of SLAs, KPIs, SOC reports and regulatory evidence. What makes you a good fit: Relevant degree with minimum experience of 5+ years in technology governance, provider management or IT service management. Strong expertise in governance, risk and compliance frameworks. Proven vendor, contract and service-performance management capabilities. Hands-on experience with audits, controls, evidence and remediation follow-up. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills. Structured, accountable and comfortable working across global teams.
