Senior PMO Analyst

Role Overview As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will support projects and programmes by providing a wide range of services including planning, risk and issue management, reporting and stakeholder engagement. Using strong analytical skills, you'll monitor performance and compliance, while ensuring the integrity and quality of PMO outputs. The role involves close collaboration and requires effective communication, sound judgment and a proactive approach. You may specialize in one PMO function such as risk management, planning, knowledge management or quality management for example. Key Responsibilities Proactively seeks to understand commercial terms within the contract and subcontracts. Prepares budget information. Works with project managers to collect and collate forecasts. Sets up and manages information and document libraries, focusing on document configuration. Analyses project data. Supports the identification of trends and insights around performance. Creates and delivers different kinds of project reports. Applies change control procedures and documents change requests. Supports the tailoring, implementation and operation of project governance and processes. Designs facilitation approaches and leads facilitation of meetings and workshops. Implements improvements to team ways of working. Helps facilitate the adoption of new practices in the business. Monitors business change activities and records feedback to assess change readiness. Reviews work to assess whether quality measures have been met and participates in gathering evidence for quality assurance. Determines compliance with standards and procedures. Carries out risk identification, mitigation and management activities across areas of a project. Ensures the wider project team understand and are following RAID processes. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders. Supports development of communications plans. Uses AI tools to complete tasks efficiently (e.g Copilot and Sopra Steria tools such as HeiDI). Participates in knowledge management and lessons learned activities. Maintains information and knowledge systems and content. Sets up and provides guidance on Sopra Steria project management tools, methods and processes (such as iQ, JET and Safe).Tailors the methods and tools for the specific account or project. Supports and participates in initiatives to promote the success of the account, PM/PMO/MO community, Sector and organisation. Contribute to social value initiatives within Sopra Steria.
