Senior Portfolio Management Oversight Manager

We are pleased to support an AIFM in Luxembourg with their search for a Senior Portfolio Manager to perform an oversight role. Responsibilities include:

- Oversight of portfolio managers ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines

- Act as the key portfolio management contact for internal stakeholders

- Review and monitor the delegates

- Present reports to the relevant boards and committees

- Review and update process and procedures impacting the portfolio management function

- Represent the portfolio management team in projects

- Drive innovation whether process optimization, AI or other technology-based improvements

Skills include:

- 8-12 years of career experience, including 5+ years of portfolio management or investment management experience

- Very strong knowledge of Luxembourg’s private markets business

- A strong understanding of the regulatory requirements for AIFMs in Luxembourg

- A university Bachelors or Master’s degree in a business-related subject

- 5+ years working in an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (in Luxembourg)

- Fluent English language skills and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with senior stakeholders

- Experienced with IT platforms and an understanding of how AI can positively impact the function
