What you will do: Act as the main point of contact for PostgreSQL topics within the Database Services team Define and improve best-practice configurations for PostgreSQL environments on Azure Operate, support, and optimize PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server solutions Collaborate with Operations, Development, and Business teams to identify and resolve performance issues Contribute to database improvements across the full software development lifecycle Drive monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution processes to strengthen system stability and performance What you bring & who you are: Several years of experience managing PostgreSQL environments, ideally on Azure Experience with database performance tuning, monitoring, and high-availability solutions Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and ideally exposure to other database technologies such as Oracle Familiarity with DevOps principles, automation tools, or scripting technologies such as PowerShell Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset Fluent English skills; ideally, you also have a good level of Spanish Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
