工作地点：远程办公，不限地区（优先中国时区），不打卡坐班，以账号效果为考核标准

工作内容：

1. 账号审核：对咨询的潜在客户账号进行诊断，找出增长点，制作文档或幻灯片，在会议中向客户展示，推动签约。
2. 账号管理：签约后负责账号运营，包括搭建账号架构、创建广告系列、出价策略、关键词布局及各类优化操作，达成客户设定的KPI。
3. 客户沟通：及时回复客户问题，通常每两周与客户开会一次，汇报广告效果并讨论下一步计划。
4. 月度汇报：整理并提供客户月度效果总结报告。

任职要求：

1. 5年以上Google Ads实操经验，熟悉Shopify电商及获客类客户账号，注意此岗位不适合初学者。
2. 具备较强的客户沟通能力，能独立面对中英文客户。
3. 英语沟通能力：公司海外设有分公司，同事多为外籍人士，需能与海外客户及同事顺畅沟通，有海外工作经验者优先。

Responsibilities:

1. Account Audits: Review prospective clients' Google Ads accounts, identify growth opportunities, and present findings via documents or slide decks in client meetings to help close new business.
2. Account Management: Manage signed client accounts end-to-end — building account structure, setting up campaigns, bidding strategy, keyword research, and ongoing optimization to hit client KPIs.
3. Client Communication: Respond to client questions promptly; typically hold bi-weekly meetings to review ad performance and discuss next steps.
4. Monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to clients.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with familiarity managing Shopify e-commerce and lead-generation accounts. This role is not suitable for beginners.
2. Strong client-facing skills — comfortable communicating directly with Chinese and foreign clients.
3. English proficiency: our overseas office is mostly staffed by non-Chinese colleagues, so you'll need to communicate effectively with international clients and teammates. Prior overseas work experience is a plus.
