We're hiring: Senior Google Ads Strategist at HyreDay

HyreDay is looking for a Senior Google Ads Strategist to lead a portfolio of growth-focused clients for a boutique Google Ads agency. You’ll focus on strategy, client relationships, and data-driven decision-making while partnering with an Ads Manager who handles in-platform execution. This is a remote, senior-level agency role reporting to the CEO.

📍Location: Remote (LATAM)

🕑Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm EST USA time. 40 hours per week. Weekends off

🤝Requirements:

- English: C1–C2 required.

- 6+ years managing Google Ads.

What you’ll do:

• Own Google Ads performance for a portfolio of high-value clients, aligning strategy with business goals and growth objectives.
• Diagnose underlying performance issues and design data-driven strategies and structured experiments to improve outcomes.
• Lead client meetings, translate complex Ads concepts into clear business recommendations, and deliver proactive updates and reports.
• Anticipate risks, communicate solutions early, and build long-term client trust through clear, proactive communication.

We’re looking for someone who:

• C1-C2 English level spoken and written.
• Located in LATAM.
• Has 6+ years managing Google Ads at a high level within a US/UK/AUS agency and deep expertise across Search, Shopping, and PMax.
• Thinks beyond optimizations to align Ads strategy with business metrics like profitability and CAC.
• Communicates clearly with business owners and marketing leaders and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Embraces AI as a productivity tool while owning strategic judgment and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous remote environment.
