Senior PPT Designer

Agency : Havas Creative Job Description : We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Presentation Designer to join our Production Design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Figma, with a proven ability to transform complex information into visually compelling presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and communication materials. This role requires exceptional design aesthetics, storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of brand consistency across digital and print formats. The Senior Presentation Designer will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, business leaders, and clients to develop impactful visual communication assets that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality, visually engaging presentations and pitch decks using Microsoft PowerPoint . Create and maintain presentation templates, master slides, and brand-compliant design systems. Develop sophisticated layouts, infographics, charts, icons, and visual storytelling elements. Design brochures, reports, publications, and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign . Create wireframes, UI mockups, design systems, and interactive assets using Figma . Translate complex concepts, business data, and creative ideas into compelling visual formats. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, Account Managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and visual language across all deliverables. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Review and enhance existing presentations for improved visual impact and audience engagement. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint . Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign . Proficiency in Figma for layout design and collaboration. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage). Expertise in presentation structuring, typography, visual hierarchy, and layout design. Experience creating infographics, data visualization, and executive-level presentations. Understanding of print production and digital design standards. Professional Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and project prioritization skills. Creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities. Preferred Experience Experience working in a Production, Media, Advertising, Creative Agency, Event Production, or Corporate Communications environment . Exposure to client-facing presentation design and executive stakeholder communications.
