Senior Pricing Analyst

The Senior Pricing Analyst will be reporting into the Portfolio & Pricing Manager and is responsible for developing and managing analytical tools and strategies to evaluate and monitor risk adjusted returns across portfolios, ensuring effective pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities Pricing Analysis: Utilising statistical techniques and data analysis to assess portfolio-level risk, returns, volatility, and risk aligned pricing. Portfolio Monitoring: Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across customer segments using advanced analytics to ensure portfolio performance is in alignment with risk and return targets. Policy and Strategy Development: Supporting the creation of pricing proposals and strategies. Data-Driven Insights: Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to optimise risk-adjusted returns, and creating / maintaining monitoring post strategy implementation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with internal teams, including Capital Markets, Credit Risk, Commercial, Operations, and more. Analytical expertise and strong coding skills in SQL are essential. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise A degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proficient in SQL, with python experience highly beneficial. Experience with cash flow simulations and IRR / NPV calculations. Experience in pricing or portfolio management. Understanding of credit risk metrics (PD, LGD, EAD) and financial modelling. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solvings kills and attention to detail. Experience with statistical analysis.
