As Senior Producer (Maternity Cover), you will join our Global Creative Team in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark; an international team developing and producing high-end creative content across film, photography, copy and design.
In this role, your mission will be to manage creative projects from beginning to end and function as the go-to person for the team, with good and positive energy.
This position is a full-time, fixed-term role for 12 months (Maternity Cover) starting the first week of January 2027.
Key Responsibilities
You have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Producer in a creative environment – either as part of a creative agency or global brand. You can speak the language of creative across copy, art direction and design. You also have either direct experience or a keen interest in the luxury sector, as well as music, film and design.

You will join our Global Creative Team, part of the wider Global Marketing department, working closely with talented creatives, campaign managers and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage global campaigns and tactical moments from start to finish – including project planning, resource management, contract negotiations, budget management, and more.
- Coordinate between the project team and other internal stakeholders to solve problems, set expectations and manage risks.
- Work with campaign managers to clarify strategic requirements and manage expectations around briefs.
- Support the creative team to identify and deliver the best creative solutions that comply with schedules, timing and budget.
- Lead project status meetings and keep other teams updated to ensure production alignment and meet stated objectives.
- Ensure all deliverables produced by the creative team and external vendors meet briefs and are of the highest quality.
You have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Producer in a creative environment – either as part of a creative agency or global brand. You can speak the language of creative across copy, art direction and design. You also have either direct experience or a keen interest in the luxury sector, as well as music, film and design.
Moreover, you bring:
- Strong project management skills and experience in developing and managing project scope, timelines and budgets.
- A track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and agencies.
- Confidence in presenting to large groups.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
