Senior Product Architect for Supply Chain Management HSO Studio Location : Remote Role overview The (Lead) Product Architect will provide product architecture leadership across our Advanced Supply Chain Management (ASCM) bundle of products for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Built specifically for manufacturers and wholesale distributors, ASCM empowers organizations to streamline operations, improve fulfillment flexibility, and elevate the customer experience in a complex, omnichannel world. ASCM includes the following products, all designed to work together: Advanced Order Management, Advanced production Control, Advanced Warehouse Management, Essentials, Agent Integration Platform, Product Search and optional add-on Advanced Finance. This is an inward-facing technical product role responsible for translating business requirements from the Product Manager into scalable, high-quality technical solutions across multiple products within a domain. This position ensures product architecture, delivery, releases, and cross-product dependencies are aligned and effectively coordinated. You will safeguard the functional and technical feasibility, integrity, and quality of the product scope , while supporting domain -level alignment and enabling the product development team to deliver against the strategic product roadmap. Key responsibilities Define Product Architecture Partner with the Product Manager to understand the product vision, strategy, customer and market needs, and roadmap . Contribute to the product vision and roadmap based on deep functional and technical expertise , product feedback , and emerging technology insights. Document functional and technical requirements, solution designs, architectural principles, and technical decisions. Validate technical feasibility, performance impact, scalability, and product integrity together with the lead developer. Align technical design with user experience, persona-based user stories, business requirements, and the overall product strategy. Ensure desired features are designed as part of a cohesive , scalable, and functional product . Work with the product team to a pply Studio’s newly defined AI technology , processes , and ways of working Oversee Product Development & Support Own and manage the product backlog, translating prioritised roadmap initiatives into epics and actionable work items. Work with development teams to design, build, test, and release products against the prioritised backlog and defined architecture . Facilitate development team ceremonies, support delivery cadence, and track progress against agreed work items and release schedules. Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of objectives , customer-driven requirements, and expected outcomes. Coordinate the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high-quality implementation. Manage implementation quality, testing outcomes, documentation, release notes, and complex Level 4 support topics. Align Cross-Product Architecture (Lead) Maintain an overview of all products within the domain and ensure architectural consistency across patterns, integrations , and technical decisions . Identify cross-product dependencies , assess the impact of new features , and mitigate architectural risks across the domain . Coordinate Domain Releases (Lead) Coordinate domain-level release planning, aligning scope, dependencies, timelines, and release practices across products . Support predictable delivery by proactively identifying and resolving cross-product risks and blockers. Facilitate Product Architect Alignment (Lead) Facilitate alignment among the team’s Produc t Architects , clarify ownership and responsibilities, and support decision-making on complex topics . Act as a trusted sparring partner for complex functional and technical matters across the domain. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Relevant experience as a Product Architect , Solution Architect, or similar role within a product development environment. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack , including Azure, Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 SCM, and Power Platform . Proven ex perience with supply chain management in the wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing industry Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods , including user-experience-focused product design frameworks . Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications . Experience managing product lifecycles, backlogs, work plans, releases, and prioritised support requests . Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to align architecture, dependencies, release planning, and risks across multiple products within a domain. Curious and proactive in exploring AI and modern technologies, with a strong continuous learning mindset and the ability to translate technological developments into business value.
