About Job

Primary Responsibilities

Support the PPG STCA team with daily production data analysis and ad hoc analytical requests.
Query, extract, and analyze product telemetry and user signals to identify opportunities, trends, and potential issues.
Provide data-driven insights to support Agent Growth, Vertical Skills, and related product initiatives.
Investigate product performance, user behavior, feature adoption, and other key product metrics.
Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making and rapid product iteration.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders across both China and the US.
