November 2026 start Hybrid: 2 days per week in our Tower Bridge office (Wednesdays & Thursdays) We’re part of RVU, a group of online brands that include: Confused, Uswitch and Mojo Mortgages. money.co.uk exists to help consumers make more informed financial decisions. Our free, online comparison service allows consumers to compare financial products, from credit cards to savings accounts, loans to travel money. We want our users to feel reassured that we're on their side when it comes to their finances. Within this, our SME finance portfolio exists to make business life easier: Managing a business comes with many distracting challenges. We are building a digital platform that eases this burden by connecting business owners to the optimal partner for their unique needs. By making the complex simple, we enable business owners to make better decisions and focus on what they do best. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help bring that mission to life — designing end-to-end finance experiences for small and medium business owners, from the moment they discover us through to growth, retention, and re-engagement. This is a hands-on senior design role for someone who's equally comfortable sketching a flow, running a research session, and shaping the strategic direction of a product area. You'll own end-to-end SME finance experiences — acquisition, growth, retention, and re-engagement — working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Marketing to ship work that's both commercially effective and genuinely useful to business owners. You'll bring strong craft (UI, visual, and interaction design), a rigorous approach to research, and comfort using AI tools throughout your workflow — from discovery through to prototyping. You'll also contribute to and help evolve our design system, and occasionally lend visual design support to marketing and above-the-line material. What you'll be doing - Own end-to-end SME finance experiences — across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, growth, retention, and re-engagement. - Balance hands-on design with strategic input — you'll be in Figma shaping flows and interactions day-to-day, while also contributing to the broader design strategy and roadmap for your area. - Lead and facilitate research — planning, running, analysing, and synthesising research (usability testing, discovery interviews, concept testing), and using findings to shape decisions across the team, not just your own designs. - Use AI throughout your workflow — from research synthesis and ideation through to prototyping — using tools like Claude, Claude Code, or equivalent, alongside Figma and usability platforms like UserTesting, to move faster and explore more. - Facilitate workshops with your immediate cross-functional team to align on problems, generate ideas, and make decisions collaboratively. - Collaborate across disciplines — working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data/Analytics, Content Designers, and Marketing to design, ship, and iterate on features. - Use and contribute to our design system — building consistently with existing patterns and components, and proposing improvements or new patterns where gaps exist. - Bring strong visual and UI craft — contributing high-quality visual assets where needed, and partnering with Marketing on above-the-line (ATL) material to ensure design consistency across brand touchpoints. - Prototype at varying levels of fidelity — from quick concept explorations to high-fidelity, testable prototypes — using Figma, Claude/Claude Code/Claude for Design, or similar tools. What we're looking for - 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of digital products or features. - Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking — you can design a screen and also make the case for why the team should be solving a different problem. - Strong UI and visual design skills — an eye for detail, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, not just UX flows. - Experience owning and facilitating research independently — from planning through to synthesis and socialising insights. - Confidence facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Content, Marketing). - Practical experience incorporating AI tools into your day-to-day design process — research, ideation, and/or prototyping. - Solid experience working with, and ideally contributing to, a design system. - Comfortable working in Figma, with familiarity in prototyping and research tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Claude for Design, UserTesting, or similar. - A collaborative, communicative approach — comfortable working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Marketing as equal partners. - Strong storytelling and communication skills — able to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels. Nice to have: - Experience designing for financial services, fintech, or other regulated/high-trust industries. - Experience designing for SME/B2B audiences specifically. - Experience contributing visual assets for marketing or above-the-line campaigns.
