Senior Product Designer

About the Opportunity We're looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of a modern SaaS platform used by thousands of customers worldwide. You'll own end-to-end product design—from early discovery and user research through polished, production-ready experiences—and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to solve complex workflow challenges. This is an opportunity for a designer who enjoys simplifying sophisticated software into intuitive, elegant experiences while having a meaningful impact on product strategy. What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through implementation. Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to define product strategy and user experience. Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Design complex workflows that balance usability with powerful functionality. Contribute to and evolve the company's design system and component library. Use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve product experiences. Advocate for exceptional user experience across the organization. Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders. What Success Looks Like Deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences that solve real customer problems. Influence product direction through customer insights and design leadership. Partner seamlessly with Product and Engineering to ship high-quality features. Help establish and evolve a best-in-class design culture. Raise the overall quality and consistency of the product experience. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience designing digital products for B2B SaaS applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and polished visual design. Experience designing complex web applications, dashboards, or workflow-based software. Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies. Experience collaborating closely with engineers throughout the development lifecycle. Ability to simplify complex technical problems into intuitive user experiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Nice to Have Experience designing products for logistics, supply chain, transportation, or other operational software. Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices. Experience working in high-growth startup or SaaS environments. Why Join Us?
