Senior Product Designer

Are you a Product Designer who can take a complex customer problem and turn it into a simple, intuitive, and shippable product experience?

At Billease, we’re looking for a Full-Stack Product Designer who can own the design journey from problem discovery → UX → UI → design system → production.

💻 Work Setup: 100% REMOTE

This is more than a role focused on making screens look good. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to design experiences that solve real customer and business problems.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own end-to-end product journeys across our financial products

• Translate customer & business needs into simple, elegant solutions

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma

• Apply insights from customer research and usability testing

• Use data and customer behavior to continuously improve experiences

• Build and evolve design systems for speed and consistency

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Marketing

• Balance speed and quality—knowing when to ship fast and when to polish

🔎 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 5+ years of Product Design experience

✅ Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership

✅ Experience in consumer tech, fintech, e-commerce, or similar product environments

✅ Advanced Figma skills — components, auto-layout, and prototyping

✅ Strong UX thinking + UI craft

✅ Comfortable working from high-level strategy down to detailed execution

✅ Understanding of usability testing and data-driven iteration

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

✅ Proactive, curious, and open to feedback

⭐ NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with fintech products or emerging markets

• Motion / interaction design experience

• Understanding of front-end development and engineering constraints
