Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join a fast-growing AI technology company and help shape the future of AI companionship.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role working across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization and growth flows, live/interactive features and emerging areas such as AI-generated video.

You’ll work closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers, Engineers and founders, often taking full ownership of a product surface from initial concept through to launch.

We’re looking for a true full-stack Product Designer: someone who combines excellent strategic product thinking with outstanding visual execution. Strong UX alone isn’t enough; visual craft, taste and attention to detail are central to this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end product design across multiple mobile-first consumer experiences.
• Turn complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, highly polished experiences.
• Design and optimize journeys around engagement, retention, conversion and monetization.
• Explore new interaction patterns across conversational AI, character experiences and live/interactive features.
• Prototype rapidly using both traditional design tools and AI/code-based workflows.
• Create and experiment with image and video content for product and growth experiences.
• Contribute original product ideas and proactively identify opportunities beyond the initial brief.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering from exploration through implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience, ideally across mobile-first products at scale.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating high visual craft, modern UI and real shipped consumer products.
• Strong product thinking alongside excellent interaction and visual design skills.
• Advanced Figma and prototyping capabilities.
• Experience designing for engagement, retention, subscriptions and/or monetization.
• Confidence working independently and making decisions within ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain, defend and challenge product decisions.
• High ownership and the ability to move quickly without compromising design quality.

AI-Native Design:

AI should already be part of how you work, not something you’re only beginning to explore.

We’re looking for designers who actively use AI for areas such as ideation, prototyping, image/video generation, coding or accelerating design workflows. Experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor and generative image/video platforms is highly valuable.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI-native, conversational, dating/social, subscription or highly interactive consumer products would be particularly relevant, alongside exposure to motion design, creative tooling, design systems or front-end development.

Important:

The company operates an AI companionship platform that includes uncensored/NSFW-generated content, so you must be comfortable designing products and user experiences within this environment.
