Senior Product Designer – Scaling PropTech - 12 month FTC

💰Up to £95,000 - 12 month FTC, potential to turn permanent

We’re partnered with a leading UK PropTech business that is a well-known consumer brand, and they are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their growing product team.

The business operates a large-scale marketplace which reaches over millions of customers and alongside their core marketplace, they are now investing in new AI-driven experiences which are designed to help customers make better property decisions whilst also creating greater value for their commercial partners.

This role will be working across the full product lifecycle from defining problems and identifying opportunities through to delivery, experimentation and optimisation.

In this role, you’ll be helping to shape opportunity areas, connect design work to wider product and business goals and ensure the experiences you create deliver measurable results.

What will you be doing:

• Own the design within your team from problem framing through to delivery and optimisation whilst taking responsibility for outcomes as well as outputs
• Translate consumer behaviour, research and insight into clear opportunities
• Design intuitive, high-quality journeys across web and mobile, with a focus on usability, performance and continuity
• Work across the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation
• Ensure experiences connect across journeys rather than existing as isolated features
• Define clear success metrics and measurable outcomes for your work whilst using data, research and behavioural insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions

The team is looking for a Senior Product Designer who has experience designing digital products end-to-end in a product-led environment.
