We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Designer to join our team. Your main tasks will be: Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. And evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues; Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders.
Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department; Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis; Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes; Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process; Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience; UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma; Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience We expect from you: Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Product Designer on e-commerce or B2B2C; A track record of working closely with product managers and engineers; Experience using product metrics and UX metrics to guide design decisions; Deep knowledge of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative); Strong skills in Figma and modern design workflows; Experience working with design systems and tokenized components; The ability to produce clear design documentation; Experience working with JIRA and Confluence; Excellent time management and ownership mindset.
