  • Provide robust design specification documentation for development hand-off.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure high-quality implementation of solutions through the production process.
  • Utilize and further develop our design system and patterns.
  • Closely collaborate with other members of the UX team to ensure consistency across ongoing projects and existing features.
  • Engage directly with customers through interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand their needs, workflows, and challenges, and validate design solutions.
  • Design intuitive, data-rich experiences, including analytics dashboards and workflows, that enable customers to explore, interpret, and act on complex financial data.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer / Product Designer for Enterprise applications with a track record of shipping customer-facing products.
  • Demonstrated experience developing UX/UI artifacts.
  • Demonstrated experience participating in user research activities and performing user testing exercises.
