Role Overview We are seeking Senior Product Designers with strong B2C experience to help shape user experiences From inception to delivery getting stuck into the weeds at all stages of product lifecycles. The work will span UX, UI, design systems, and the collaborative shaping of requirements with cross-functional teams. This role suits someone who is confident operating in complex, fast-moving environments, who can bring structure to ambiguity, and who enjoys balancing design craft with commercial and user-centred thinking. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile. Produce high-quality UX and UI deliverables: flows, prototypes, interaction patterns, and responsive layouts. Create and evolve design system components, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, content, data, and insight teams to shape requirements and validate decisions. Support user testing and research activities to inform and refine design approaches. Drive structured feedback, iteration, and handover processes within a multi-team environment. Present work clearly and confidently to stakeholders across disciplines. Contribute to workflow optimisation, playbooks, and design operations where needed. What We’re Looking For 5+ years as a Product/UX/UI Designer, with strong experience in B2C products A portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX and UI design across complex journeys. Strong command of accessibility, usability, responsive design, and conversion-centric thinking. Experience working with complex design systems and governance models. Clear ability to work within global or multi-team digital environments. Confident operating from fuzzy briefs, creating clarity quickly, and driving outcomes. Experience with insight-driven or data-informed design processes. Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom between big-picture goals and tactical detail. Strong communicator, able to articulate rationale clearly and influence decision-making. Collaborative and empathetic, builds trust across disciplines and cultures.
