We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Join us as Product Designer in the AI Lab to design AI agents end-to-end — from discovery to delivery — and accelerate Qonto's AI roadmap alongside a team of ~12 engineers, a Product Designer, a PM, and a PMM building on top of one of the most advanced in-house agent platforms in European fintech. You will report to Sophie Cornay , Head of the AI Lab, and work within a fast-moving team of ~15 people shipping AI agents at high cadence. ➡️ What you'll do Design end-to-end experiences for AI agents (from concept to shipped UI/UX) across Qonto. Turn ambiguous problems into clear product flows through discovery, prototyping, and iteration. Run user research (interviews, tests) and translate insights into actionable design decisions. Partner daily with engineers and product to ship quickly while keeping quality high. Define interaction patterns for AI (prompting, guardrails, error states) that are transparent and safe. ➡️ What we’re looking for Senior product design experience building products from scratch in fast-moving environments. Strong problem-solving and product thinking (you connect user needs, business impact, and feasibility). Excellent communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams. High curiosity for AI and comfort operating in uncertainty and rapid iteration cycles. Hands-on craft: you can prototype, document decisions, and sweat the details when it matters. ➡️ What we can offer you Close Collaboration with Dean Siriscevic, Staff Product Designer Lead in the AI Lab — you'll collaborate daily on design direction, craft standards, and shipping product together (including close collaboration with the Qonto Design Studio). An "agent highway" already built: The AI Lab has existing infrastructure, UI patterns, and agent frameworks. You're building on a real foundation — at speed, not from scratch. A technically dense team: ~12 engineers, a Product Designer, a PM, and a PMM, all focused on AI agents. Steep learning curve, high signal density, fast feedback loops. Room to shape how AI scales at Qonto: As the Lab matures, PMs here will influence how agent ownership transitions across teams. You'll help define what that model looks like. Her approach: give Product Designers real ownership, create space for experimentation, and empower the squad to adapt their ways of working in pursuit of real impact.
